Salon Policies + Info
We require a minimum of 48-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Please contact your stylist directly and let them know about any changes ASAP. Last miniute cancellations may result in a fee.
As much as we love kids, we request that you please keep your children at home during your appointment.
NO SHOWS: If you choose to not show up for your appointment or cancel on your stylist very last minute, your stylist may request payment of 100% of your missed service before rebooking you, if they choose to book you again.
REFUNDS: We do not offer refunds any kind.
